Jebel Hawkab Cliff

Another brief 30min stop at a cliff edge to take photos and the more active ones to hike a bit further along. I compromised and went halfway.

There were lots of interesting little critters in the rocks, including grasshoppers, lizards, strange wasp looking beasties and a very odd looking jumping beetle.

The journey here from our last stop was interesting. We’re on a mountainous path and, although the vegetation isn’t exactly emerald green, it’s much greener than the dry sandy desert and pleasant to watch roll by.
