Bushcamp at Brides Veil Waterfall
We arrived early at our bushcamp this evening. It was our best camp to date. We pitched our tents just next to a waterfall. It was the dry season so the water was at low ebb but enough to be spectacular. There was a huge grove of bamboos that was so tall that the tops bent over and fanned out to form a canopy. The sound of the water hitting the rocks below was very soothing.
Breakfast was at 9am so time for a lie in in the morning. I woke up at 6am and lay in bed watching the dawn through my tent. I got up at 7am and caught up on some of my journaling.
We left at 11am for our next bushcamp and last night in Guinea before we enter Sierra Leone.
