Stopped off here on the road to Marrakesh. It was an ‘official’ viewing point, which means that it was a carpark where lots of vendors came, including camels and their herders, to sell things to the tourists. The sight over the valley below was spectacular though. There were receding layers of hills and mountains diffused by a slight mist which gave the whole scene an unearthly ethereal look.

I bought an Arabic coffee at a wee shop there. It was seriously good.

I used my Pixel 7Pro camera to shoot right into the sun and it seemed to make a good job of it.
